The Luxury Relocation Co. is a California-based housing services vendor that specializes in Additional Living Expense placements at the top of the market — $20,000-a-month rentals, $20-million estates, $100-million compounds. We exist because volume ALE providers are designed for scale and mid-market inventory, not for a family whose pre-loss home was on Carbon Beach or in the Hollywood Hills.
We work directly with property & casualty carriers, adjusters, housing vendors and third-party administrators to source, place, and manage luxury temporary housing while the policyholder’s home is repaired or rebuilt. Every placement is backed by transparent line-item billing, a curated landlord network, and white-glove service that matches the standard the policyholder lost.
The Luxury Relocation Company. is not a real estate brokerage. We are a housing services vendor. All licensed real estate activity connected to a placement — tour scheduling, lease negotiation, state-required agency disclosures — is performed by the Licensed Cooperating Agent who represents the client in that state. THE LUX RELO COLLECTIVE
Every luxury ALE placement needs a licensed real estate agent on the ground. The LuxRelo Collective is a network of carefully selected licensed agents, brokers, listing brokerages, and landlord partners across the country’s premier luxury markets.
When we place a client, we introduce them to an agent from the Collective who is licensed in that state, pre-briefed on our service standards, and experienced in the luxury rental process. That agent — not The Luxury Relocation Co. — represents the client in the lease transaction and handles all state-required brokerage disclosures. They owe the client the fiduciary duties of a tenant representative in that state.
The Collective is the reason we can place a client in Aspen, Nantucket, Jackson Hole, or the Hamptons with the same quality of service we deliver in Los Angeles. Every member has been vetted for experience with luxury-market inventory, ALE and insurance claim workflows, and the discretion high-net-worth clients require.
