If you have ALE (Additional Living Expenses) coverage under your homeowner’s policy, the cost of your temporary housing is paid by your insurance carrier — not out of your own pocket. Your adjuster will confirm your ALE benefit amount and handle billing directly with the housing provider. Our team works within your approved ALE budget to find the best possible luxury options. Depending on your policy, you may be responsible for the Security Deposit which pending no damage, you will get back at the end of your lease.

Repair timelines shift — that is normal. We work with flexible lease terms designed to align with your repair timeline. If your stay needs to extend we work with your adjuster to update the lease and ensure your ALE coverage continues uninterrupted.
Typically all properties in our preferred collection are fully or partially furnished and move-in ready. You do not need to bring furniture or household goods. We can also arrange concierge services like grocery stocking, housekeeping, and more depending on the property. If you prefer to use your own furniture please let us know when submitting your request.
Include all of these details in your housing request form. We match properties specifically to your family’s needs — number of bedrooms, pet policies, school district proximity, home office requirements, accessibility needs, and any other special considerations. We do not place families in homes that do not fit.
You can contact us directly — you do not need to go through your adjuster first. We work alongside your adjuster throughout the entire placement process. Many adjusters refer their high-value policyholders directly to us. If you have an adjuster already assigned, simply mention their name and contact information on your request form and we will coordinate with them directly.

There is no cost to submit a housing request. We are compensated through the placement process — not by charging you. Your only responsibility is providing accurate information about your needs and ALE budget so we can find you the right home.
