Hamptons
A Luxury Beach Community
A Luxury Beach Enclave that is a skip from NYC
The Hamptons are renowned for their beaches, art museums, and hedges which tower over the summertime temperatures.
The Hamptons, located on the East End of Long Island, New York, are a popular seaside resort and consist of the towns of Southampton and East Hampton, which make up the South Fork of Long Island in Suffolk County. The Hamptons have a long history of being a summer colony in the northeastern United States.
The affluent Estate Areas of Southampton Village, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Sagaponack and East Hampton Village south of the highway are home to the most costly neighborhoods in the country. Notable streets in Southampton Village include Ox Pasture Road, Halsey Neck Lane, Coopers Neck Lane, and First Neck Lane, while Lee Avenue and West End Road in East Hampton Village are also known for their high real estate prices. Oceanfront properties are especially sought after, with Gin Lane and Meadow Lane in Southampton Village, and Lily Pond Lane, Further Lane and West End Road in East Hampton Village being commonly referred to as “Billionaire’s Lane”.
