- All registered member portal users
Services Overview
The Luxury Relocation Co. provides the following services, subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional service-specific agreements:
ALE Placement Services
We assist insurance adjusters, public adjusters, carriers, and displaced policyholders in identifying and securing luxury temporary housing for insurance Additional Living Expenses (ALE) claims. We connect qualified clients with verified luxury properties. We do not guarantee placement, timeline, or specific property availability.
Fair Rental Value Reports
We prepare comparative rental market analysis reports establishing the fair rental value of a loss property and the current replacement rental market in a specified area. These reports are provided for informational and claim-support purposes only. See Section 7 for additional specific terms.
Property Listing Services
We accept property submissions from approved landlords, housing providers, and real estate agents for inclusion in our preferred collection. Approval is at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee placement of listed properties or a specific volume of client referrals.
Corporate Relocation Placement
We assist relocation management companies, corporate HR teams, and third-party administrators in sourcing luxury furnished housing for executive relocations.
LuxReloGrp Collective Membership
We operate the LuxReloGrp Collective — a curated network of approved agents, brokers, and landlords. Membership is by application and approval only. Membership does not guarantee referrals, placements, income, or any specific volume of business.
Website Use
You agree to use theluxrelo.com solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to use our website in any of the following ways:
- In any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

Fair Rental Value Reports — Specific Terms
Fair Rental Value reports prepared by The Luxury Relocation Co. are subject to the following specific terms in addition to all other provisions of these Terms & Conditions:
Nature of the Report
Our Fair Rental Value reports are comparative rental market analyses. They are not formal appraisals under USPAP and do not constitute the opinion of a licensed appraiser unless a separate engagement with a licensed appraiser is arranged.
Intended Use
Reports are prepared for the specific use stated in the engagement — typically to support ALE housing cost determinations in insurance claims. Use for any other purpose is not authorized and The Luxury Relocation Co. accepts no responsibility for reliance on the report outside its stated intended use.
Market Conditions & Accuracy
Our reports reflect market conditions at the time of preparation. We make no representation that values stated will remain accurate beyond the date of preparation. Report accuracy also depends on the accuracy of property information submitted to us — we are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the requesting party.
Expert Testimony
Our reports are not prepared as expert witness reports unless a separate written expert witness engagement agreement is executed prior to the commencement of work.
Payment & Delivery
Report fees are agreed in writing before the engagement begins. Reports are delivered upon receipt of payment unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. Rush fees apply for 24-hour turnaround requests.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We make no guarantee that our report will result in any specific coverage determination, settlement amount, or litigation outcome.
Member Portal & Accounts
Access to the LuxReloGrp member portal at theluxrelo.com/portal-dashboard/ is granted to approved collective members — licensed real estate agents, landlords, and housing providers accepted through our application process.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party and are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@theluxrelo.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Two-Factor Authentication
Portal access requires two-factor authentication (2FA) as a mandatory condition of use. You agree to maintain a valid 2FA method at all times. Failure to maintain 2FA may result in suspension of portal access until the requirement is satisfied.
Listing Submissions
Property listings submitted through the portal are subject to review and approval before publication. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. All submitted information must be accurate, current, and truthful.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access at any time for any violation of these terms, extended inactivity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may request account termination at any time by contacting info@theluxrelo.com.
Property Listings & Representations
Verification Standard
Properties in our preferred collection have been reviewed by our licensed brokers. However, our verification is not a formal property inspection, appraisal, or guarantee of condition or value. We rely on information provided by property owners and listing agents and cannot independently verify all representations made about a property.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of property listings. However, we do not warrant that any listing information — including pricing, availability, photographs, square footage, or amenity descriptions — is accurate, current, or complete. Prospective tenants should independently verify all material facts before executing any lease agreement.
Availability
Property availability is subject to change without notice. A property appearing on our website does not guarantee its availability. Pricing and availability must be confirmed at the time of any placement inquiry.
Owner and Agent Responsibility
Landlords and listing agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted, the legal right to list the property for rent, compliance with all applicable landlord-tenant laws, and the condition and maintenance of the property during any placement tenancy.
